* for 2 persons, 95 euro for every extra person (total max. 8 persons),
electricity will be charged for 1,5 euro per day per person when used normally
All rates are weekly, shown in Euros and include full breakfasts.
Airport transfer for additional Rp. 400.000(max. 4 persons) Rp. 600.000 (max. 6 persons), Rp. 800.000(max. 9 persons)

Nightly rate low season for 2 persons 140€ per day, High season for 2 persons 180€ per day, minimum 3 days.
Extra persons 15€/day.
Excluding energy costs of 1,5 Euro per day per person by normal use.

    • Booking Conditions :


    A deposit of 30 per cent of the rental amount must be received by VillaDisana management within five working days after the confirmation of reservation has been given, to guarantee reservation. Bank account details will be advised with confirmation and all bank charges incurred must be paid by the guest. 
    For Low Season bookings, final payment, including a deposit of 150 Euro, is required 31 days prior to departure.
    For High Season bookings, final payment, including a deposit of 150 Euro, is required 31 days prior to departure or immediately if the booking is made less than 60  days prior to departure.
    Payments can be made in EURO, via Electronic Transfer.
    Deposits and final payments are non-refundable, however, bookings can be moved out to anywhere within 12 months of the original booking dates, subject only  to availability. One change of dates allowed only and if within 8 weeks of check-in a 50% penalty will apply.
    PLEASE NOTE: The penalty will be 75% for bookings involving 20 December-10 January and Easter week dates.
    Rates and taxes are subject to change without notice. Deposit will be transfered to you within 4 weeks with the deducted energy costs of 1,5 Euro per day per person by normal use.
    EUR rates are converted to local currency at time of billing.

    DAMAGE OR LOSS: If the property suffers from damage or loss as a result of a member of the booking party or one of it's guests, the cost to repair or purchase new items will be added to the final account.
    LIABILITY: The Owner will not accept responsibility for any injury, sickness, loss, damage, additional expense or inconvenience, directly or indirectly caused by or arising out of the use of the property, plumbing, gas, electrical or otherwise incl. exceptional weather conditions. No responsibility is accepted for the personal belongings of the guest or any member of his or her party during the holiday.
    Variations to any of the above conditions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
